How to Add/Remove Customer

If you’re a security integrator, it can be a hassle to handle multiple customers and their plans. Our admin portal allows integrators to easily manage all their customers on one platform for convenience. When it comes to adding and removing customers and their accounts, iFovea simplifies the process.

Adding a Customer

  1. Go to “Customers” tab on the top menu.
  2. Click on the green “Add” button.
  3. Choose “Customer” under Customer Type.
  4. Fill out all contact information.
  5. Under “Default Settings”, you can choose to disable the admin portal to restrict access or to disable the camera share function.
  6. Under “User creation setting”, you can choose to have the new user confirm their email or change their password on their first login.
  7. Fill out all the billing information. Be sure to check whether or not the billing address is the same as the company address.
  8. Link all of the customer cameras.
  9. Create roles and users for the customer.

Deleting a Customer

  1. Under the “Customers” tab, select the customer.
  2. Go to the “Account Profile” tab at the top.
  3. Under “Customer Status”, click on the red “Delete” button.
  4. Type in “Delete” when prompted to confirm deletion.
