Co-Branded vs. White-Label VMS: Which Is Right for Your Business?

Not every integrator wants — or needs — a fully white-labeled platform. Co-branding puts your name alongside iFovea’s, giving customers a familiar point of contact without the setup of a full white-label deployment.

What is co-branded VMS?

Co-branded VMS displays your company’s logo and contact information alongside iFovea’s platform branding, so customers know both who installed and supports their system and what platform powers it. It’s available on request for iFovea partners as a lighter alternative to full white-label, which replaces iFovea’s branding entirely with a custom domain and a branded mobile app.

Co-Branded vs. White-Label at a Glance

Aspect Co-Branded (on request) Full White-Label
Branding scope Your logo + iFovea branding shown together Your brand only — iFovea branding removed
Setup effort Minimal — requested through the partner team Higher — domain, app store listing, branded assets
Custom domain No — customers access via iFovea’s platform Yes — your own domain
Mobile app iFovea app, with your contact info visible Branded app under your name
Best for Partners building their customer base who want visibility without operational overhead Partners ready to present iFovea’s platform entirely as their own product

When Co-Branding Makes Sense

You’re early in your partner journey

Get your name in front of customers immediately without committing to the operational work of running a fully white-labeled platform.

You want iFovea’s name to reassure customers

Some customers feel more confident knowing a recognized cloud VMS platform is behind the system, alongside the local company they’re working with.

You don’t need a custom domain or branded app yet

Co-branding skips the domain, app store, and branded-asset work that full white-label requires.

You may want full white-label later

Co-branding is a starting point — you can move to full white-label as your customer base and brand presence grow.

When Full White-Label Makes Sense

If your goal is to present iFovea’s platform entirely under your own brand — your domain, your app, no iFovea branding visible to customers — the full white-label program is the right fit. It includes a custom domain, a branded iOS and Android app, and a fully branded client portal.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is co-branded VMS available today?

Co-branding is available on request for iFovea partners. It isn’t yet a self-serve toggle in the admin portal — contact the partner team to set up co-branded materials and a co-branded customer-facing presence for your account.

What’s the difference between co-branding and white-label?

Co-branding adds your company’s logo and contact details alongside iFovea’s branding — your customers see both names. Full white-label replaces iFovea’s branding entirely with yours, including a custom domain and a branded mobile app.

Can I start with co-branding and upgrade to full white-label later?

Yes. Many partners start with co-branding while building their customer base, then move to full white-label once they want a custom domain and branded app. Talk to the partner team when you’re ready to upgrade.

Does co-branding cost extra?

Co-branding is offered as part of the iFovea Partner Program at no separate platform fee. Full white-label (custom domain, branded app) has its own setup — see the white-label VMS program for details.
